Field Force training

All employees in the fieldwork team have completed Field Force training. This training provides employees with a boost in terms of market research knowledge and telephone and face-to-face interview skills. During this training, employees complete various modules that ensure they have extensive knowledge of various questioning techniques and numerous types of research when carrying out fieldwork. The training contributes to the development of our staff and promotes the quality of the research results.
