Qualitative research is the ideal research method when you want to gain insight into the underlying arguments and thought processes of a specific target group. The results are not based on hard figures or percentages, but on explanations and responses. Why does a customer choose product or service X? What are the reasons, motives, thoughts, and feelings behind this?
Depending on your target group, issue, and objectives, we will work with you to determine how best to structure the qualitative research. By focusing on your issue, we ensure that you receive the most relevant insights to make well-informed decisions. With our focus on strong relationships and tangible results, we help you move forward with valuable insights that make a difference.
“The collaboration with Markteffect was very smoothly. It was the first time we had worked with them, but we would definitely do so again. What stood out was the professionalism demonstrated by our contacts in their input, suggestions, and advice. That was very important for our specific target group. They are also very nice people.” Irma Metzger, Project Manager, KNGF

Why qualitative research at Markteffect?
There are various research methods for conducting qualitative research. The first step in the research process is therefore to determine the method. Commonly used methods includein-depth interviews, group discussions, and online communities.
Qualitative research requires fewer respondents than quantitative research, but the time investment of the respondent is significantly greater. We have a large qualitative research panel at our disposal.
These respondents can be invited to participate in the survey by means of a screening questionnaire, after which we make a selection based on demographic characteristics that accurately reflect the target group of the survey in question. This also applies when the target group consists of acquaintances, such as customers or employees.
Extra depth
After completing a qualitative study, we will ask respondents to participate in a satisfaction survey. The results of this survey will be fed back to the moderator so that future qualitative studies can be optimized. This promotes the quality and innovation of our qualitative studies.
