How is PR research conducted?
We conduct PR research in a careful and structured manner to guarantee optimal results. The most commonly used method is online research using online questionnaires, which is a fast and effective way to collect data. The target group is of great importance here; for example, the ANP requires a net sample of 1,000 Dutch people for the consumer panel.
During the introductory meeting, it is essential to identify attractive PR headlines and relevant PR hooks or hypotheses. This forms the basis for the research. Once the first version of the questionnaire has been drawn up, a kick-off meeting will be scheduled with you, which you may also invite a PR agency to attend. During this session, the questionnaire will be further refined and we will ensure that all relevant information is collected.
Once the questionnaire has been approved, the survey can begin. Thanks to our panel network, we can respond quickly and flexibly. After the survey has been completed, we provide a tabulated report at the overall level, including some in-depth segmentations.
In addition to this table report, we also provide a PR summary in the form of a one-pager with the most important highlights of the research. With this summary, you or a PR agency can get started writing press releases and creating attractive headlines. As an extra service, we also read through the press release to provide valuable feedback.
