Next step session

To ensure that a research report does not end up in the proverbial desk drawer but is actually acted upon within the organization, we have developed the next step session. As the name suggests, this is a workshop that looks at the content of the report and the interpretation of the results on the one hand, but also at the follow-up and implementation of the results (next steps) on the other.

In a session lasting approximately 3.5 hours, brainstorming, creation, creativity, collaboration, and discussion take center stage. The session will be held together with the project team within your organization that will ultimately be working with the research results.

The goal of the next step session is to translate relevant insights into actionable plans, build a strong relationship between the research results and the organization, and achieve concrete results by ensuring acceptance and implementation of the research results.

Why choose a next step session with Markteffect?

We have developed a structured workshop that offers support through a comprehensive step-by-step plan to ensure that results do not end up in the proverbial "drawer." Our project team organizes and supervises the session at your location.

During the session, our knowledge of market research is combined with your knowledge of your company and the market in which you operate. In addition, various brainstorming techniques will be applied during the session, the group will be divided into various subgroups, and participants will think both collectively and individually about new ideas, solutions, and next steps. Ideas will then be presented to each other and discussed.
