National Employee Satisfaction Survey | 2nd Edition

For some, Monday morning marks the start of a new, productive week. For others, it feels more like a countdown to Friday. To gain insight into how satisfied, engaged, and loyal the Dutch workforce is, we conduct the National Employee Satisfaction Survey annually.

In this edition, in addition to overall satisfaction, we also focus on factors such as recommendation intent, engagement, and work pressure. We also examine satisfaction with one’s own team, the relationship with the immediate supervisor, and (new in this edition) the use of AI in the workplace.
