How is UX research conducted?

Before starting the UX research, we ensure that all tools are set up and tested. We use research tools that automatically collect quantitative data and also offer opportunities to gain qualitative insights. Using scripts, assignments, and other tasks, we simulate the natural search behavior of users on the website. Once the research is complete, all data is collected and analyzed by our Research Experts. This results in a comprehensive overview of heat maps, website routes, click behavior, and other valuable insights, which are made available in an insightful report.
