An Online Community is a highly interactive form of qualitative research. An Online Community provides you with concrete and practical advice. Our specialized discussion leaders ensure that you gain in-depth, qualitative insights in an Online Community that you can put to immediate use.

An Online Community is a digital form of qualitative research, in which respondents (aged 30-50 on average) participate for 3-5 days. In an Online Community, both open and closed questions can be asked, and it is also possible to have respondents carry out polls and assignments. Both individual and group assignments can be submitted. This allows our research specialists to follow up on answers given by a specific respondent without being influenced by the other respondents. Our user-friendly platform allows you to view the answers that are given.

Why use the online community at Markteffect?

In an Online Community, respondents give their opinions on your research questions via an online platform over a period of 2 to 5 days. The online platform is managed by a research specialist and a moderator.

It is important that the Online Community runs smoothly so that all research questions are answered. The research specialist and moderator ensure that groups and individual respondents do not stray from the topic, so that they answer all questions in full and carry out the desired tasks. Participants therefore join only one dedicated Online Community at a time. We have a team of trained research specialists and moderators who have extensive experience in setting up and leading Online Communities. 

Respondent recruitment

We can take care of recruiting respondents for you. During the kick-off meeting, we will discuss with you the requirements that participating respondents must meet. Based on these requirements, we will invite and screen panel members who fall within the target group. We will also ensure that respondents receive login details for the Online Community.

Respondents are always confirmed by telephone, and it is customary to give participating respondents compensation for their participation.
During the kick-off meeting, we will determine together which incentive is appropriate.
