At Eindhoven Airport, passenger convenience is paramount. Smooth processes, good accessibility, and a diverse range of shops, restaurants, and other facilities contribute to customer satisfaction. Travelers Eindhoven Airport

Since 2016, we have been conducting ongoing research into a number of facilities and service aspects in order to map the customer experience of travelers at Eindhoven Airport. These can be traced back to three pillars: infrastructure, employees, and online services. The 'Easy Score' created by Eindhoven Airport measures performance within these pillars to determine how easy a visitor to Eindhoven Airport found their journey. Various planned renovations, customer-focused training, and improved facilities should lead to an enhanced customer experience. Continuous research is needed to determine whether these improvements have had the desired effect. The ultimate goal is to make travel as easy as possible.

Objective

Method

Three days after returning to Eindhoven Airport, an online questionnaire is sent to visitors to Eindhoven Airport who have made an online reservation for a parking space.

Effect

Monitoring and adjusting the customer experience of travelers at Eindhoven Airport with the aim of making their journey as easy as possible.
