Public survey: Brabant-C

Public survey Brabant-C

Following the acquisition of Dynamic Concepts Consultancy, Markteffect has Markteffect been working with Brabant C for almost two years to conduct public surveys. Brabant C finances national and international art and culture projects that put Brabant on the map. Brabant C's investments strengthen the cultural system in a sustainable way and contribute to the renewal of cultural funding. When Brabant C approves subsidy applications, conducting public research is part of the quid pro quo, and our services are used for this purpose.

The Brabant C fund is an investment fund where initiators of cultural projects can apply for funding. With this fund, Brabant C aims to strengthen the cultural system in a sustainable way by investing in cultural projects in innovative ways. Brabant C has been operating for over six years and has funded more than 120 projects that have had an impact on many fronts. Not only on the hundreds of thousands of visitors, but also on the living and business climate, mutual cooperation, entrepreneurship in culture, and the (inter)national artistic level of culture in Brabant.

One of the conditions for applying for a subsidy is that public research must be conducted. What makes this unique is that the applicant is free to conduct the research themselves or outsource it to a market research agency. Markteffect a long-standing partner in providing the right guidance for such public research.

“Our collaboration with Markteffect exactly how we like it. They contribute ideas, make suggestions for improvements, and are always available to answer questions. Markteffect a partner we enjoy working with, brainstorming with, and achieving results with.”
Milou Vogels, Communication and Organization Coordinator

We are one of the few research agencies in the market that still offers a service that can be used online, by telephone, or on location. Within the collaboration with Brabant C, this means that the applicant can choose whether the public survey is conducted online or via live surveying on location.

As with every Markteffect study Markteffect at the specific research needs of the client. A public survey can provide a wealth of insights. For example, a public survey can provide insight into satisfaction and the NPS. It also often provides input for optimizing an event and gaining insight into how potential visitors can be enthused.

We find working with the people at Brabant C a very pleasant experience. It is nice to contribute in this way to the sustainable strengthening of the cultural system in Brabant. We schedule a meeting with each applicant to explain the added value of audience research. Organizations are often pleasantly surprised when they realize that they can use audience research not only to report to Brabant C, but also in a broader perspective for marketing and communication purposes, for example."
