Our approach

An online questionnairewas developed in collaboration with De Kuyper. Results

Furthermore, the results of this survey were compared with previous surveys. This allowed comparisons to be made in order to identify developments and trends. The results of this survey were incorporated into an infographic that was delivered to De Kuyper.

The results led to concrete actions for improvement. For example, De Kuyper entered into discussions with a number of employees in response to these results.
