Markteffect now conducts an Markteffect employee satisfaction survey for Kuyper in order to gain insight into the factors that contribute to job satisfaction and engagement, among other things. During this survey, the focus was not only on comparing the results with those of previous surveys, but also on new themes such as hybrid working.

Our approach
An online questionnairewas developed in collaboration with De Kuyper. Some of the questions were the same as in the previous survey, so that results could be compared and employee satisfaction could be clearly assessed. In addition, new questions were added about topics such as hybrid working. Employees received an invitation by email to complete the questionnaire.
Results
This employee satisfaction survey for De Kuyper provided insight into the most important factors for (general) satisfaction, among other things. Furthermore, the results of this survey were compared with previous surveys. This allowed comparisons to be made in order to identify developments and trends. The results of this survey were incorporated into an infographic that was delivered to De Kuyper.
The results led to concrete actions for improvement. For example, De Kuyper entered into discussions with a number of employees in response to these results.
