Since March 2020, the first flash delivery services have also entered the Dutch market. Following the German Gorillas, Flink (German), Getir (Turkish), and Zapp (British) rapidly entered the market. These grocery delivery services all promise the same: your groceries delivered quickly to your home. Last week, Jumbo became the first Dutch supermarket to announce a collaboration with flash delivery provider Gorillas. It's a growing phenomenon, but how does the Netherlands perceive this service, and what are its primary uses? Independent research agency Markteffect has investigated this.
