How is an Employee satisfaction study ?

An Employee satisfaction study ESS) helps you assess your employees’ satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty by utilizing tools such as the Net Promoter Score and the loyalty model. We use the NPS to provide insight into the extent to which your employees would recommend your organization as an employer and the services your organization provides. The loyalty model combines satisfaction and recommendation intent to segment your employees.

The exact frequency depends on the size, dynamics, and pace of change within your organization. The more changes taking place, the more frequently it makes sense to conduct these surveys.

What is a good response rate for an ESS?

A response rate of 70% or higher is considered solid for an ESS. At 60–70%, conclusions are still valid but less representative. Below 60%, caution is advised: non-response can significantly skew the results. Effective communication, support from management, and ensuring anonymity are the key factors for achieving a higher response rate.
