We attach great importance to a strong relationship with our clients. We work closely with you to not only make the research understandable, but also to deliver directly applicable results. The relevant insights from the research will help you improve the intake process and better support future students.
Our enrollment research provides insight into the entire process that first-year students go through, from the initial orientation at your institution to their first weeks at school.
The main goal is to simplify the enrollment process for future students by listening to their specific wishes and needs and translating these into concrete action points. In many cases, the intake of an educational institution can already be predicted to some extent at the end of June. After the summer holidays, the final intake is determined on October 1. This is also often the time to survey incoming students and assess the effect of the information and recruitment activities that were previously carried out.
Research into new entrants
- One of the insights gained from the intake survey is an assessment of whether the educational institution meets the expectations of students who have enrolled, and whether the actual experience corresponds to what was communicated and conveyed by the educational institution during the orientation phase. In addition, educational institutions gain insight into areas for improvement for the coming recruitment year.
- An efficient online questionnaire is designed to capture the opinions and feedback of first-year students at your educational institution.
- The questionnaire is supported by various visual and gamification elements;
- The research takes approximately 7-8 weeks to complete. The optimal period for conducting the intake assessment is mid-October, at the start of the school year. We begin preparing for the study before or immediately after the summer holidays. The intake study is actually conducted among first-year students during the month of October (and possibly November). Experience has shown that this is the period when this group is best able to reflect on their final choices.
