Why conduct online research with Markteffect?

We will always seek out the method that best suits your research question. Online research is used because of its short turnaround time and the possibility to use visual and audio material. Online research also allows for targeted segmentation, not only based on demographic factors such as age and gender, but also on your specific target group.  

Depending on your objectives, online research can be conducted on your own database (mainly suitablefor customer satisfaction surveys or employee satisfaction surveys) or on one of our own research panels. Wehave access to a consumer panel network of Dutch consumers spread across the Netherlands. This allows us to select the right respondents for your research based on your target group.

Our consumer panel meets strict quality requirements. Members must participate in at least one survey per year, their profiles must be updated or confirmed at least once a year, and members must be recruited for surveys in the correct manner. Surveys conducted through our panel are anonymous, and members are never approached for commercial purposes.

Online qualitative research

Qualitative research is normally conducted face-to-face, but digitization and developments in the field have brought about many changes. For example, it is now possible to conduct in-depth interviews or group discussions via online platforms.
