Whatever your research question may be, we can help you with it. We don't just do what you ask us to do; we want to really understand your research question before we get started. By listening carefully to you, analyzing your question, and only then providing advice, we ensure relevance. Because that's what really matters. With more than 30 years of experience, we know the market inside out. This helps us understand what you need from us. As a result, we are happy to provide you with appropriate advice. We use a proven approach, in which collaboration with our clients is central.

Preliminary phase
In the preliminary phase, our Client Consultant will discuss with you the results you want to achieve. After this meeting, you will receive a research proposal describing the methodology, planning, and costs, among other things. It will also contain the outlines of the research. The exact content of the research will be worked out in the start-up phase.
Start-up phase
The start-up phase begins with the kick-off meeting. This is one of the most important moments in the research process. During this session, the Client Consultant, the Research Expert, and all parties involved on the client's side delve into the background, content, and objectives of the research. We also discuss the schedule, reporting requirements, and other practical matters. The Research Expert, who is also the project manager, will remain your direct point of contact throughout the entire process.
After the kick-off meeting, a draft questionnaire will be drawn up. The quality of the questionnaire ultimately determines the usefulness of the research. That is why we work closely with you to fine-tune the questionnaire. Fieldwork will only start once the questionnaire has been fully validated, is reliable, and meets all your requirements.
Fieldwork
Quantitative research
The questionnaire is programmed into our research software so that it is suitable for online or telephone research. After extensive testing, the fieldwork begins. The Research Expert will keep you informed throughout the process about how the response is progressing and may also share interim results with you. Read more about our fieldwork team here.
Qualitative research
Qualitative research involves many forms of fieldwork: online or offline, individual or in a group. Regardless of the location or setting, we ensure that respondents feel at ease, that there is a pleasant atmosphere, and that they feel free to share their ideas and opinions. During the fieldwork, we ensure that you, as the client, can observe and are kept informed of the progress of the process and can immediately take away the initial insights.
Analysis of the results
After collecting the data, we perform extensive quality control to ensure the reliability of the results. This process begins with the recruitment of respondents, where we take measures to prevent bots and duplicate submissions. We continue to monitor quality during and after data collection. For example, we filter out respondents who have completed the questionnaire unrealistically quickly, and we use machine learning to detect nonsensical answers in open questions.
We also recode open answers so that they are suitable for analysis. In addition to automated processes, we also perform manual checks to further improve accuracy. Finally, we will contact you to discuss the initial results, giving you immediate insight into the findings of the survey.
Reporting and feedback
The project team will get to work reporting the results clearly. The results will then be fed back to you in a presentation. This allows for a proper interpretation of the results and questions can be answered immediately. If you need additional analyses, that's no problem; we'll be happy to carry them out for you!
