Conducting research on location
We conduct on-site research for various clients. For example, our field workers stand outside stores to conduct surveys and gather valuable insights about the shopping experience, but they can also be found at festivals to determine the impact of campaigns on visitors. They are also regularly found in busy places such as the center of Amsterdam for Geldmaat, at Eindhoven Airport, or during major events such as Dutch Design Week.
In-house call center
We also have our own in-house call center, where all telephone surveys are conducted. This is because there are surveys where the target group is easier and quicker to reach by telephone. For example, the older generation may have less affinity with computers and the internet, and your business relations may appreciate it when you take the time to hear their opinions rather than asking them to fill out a questionnaire online.
International fieldwork team
We have gained a great deal of experience in international telephone fieldwork assignments in recent years. In addition to online research with international panels, telephone data collection is often used in global projects. To guarantee quality and speed, we have a team of international native speakers at our disposal. These employees are deployed when an international project is underway.
