• Alumni can be approached to participate in a questionnaire using an online survey. It is also possible to approach alumni via a telephone survey conducted by our call center. Our call center employees often have a student background themselves, which enables them to ask more in-depth questions about specific answers. In addition, it is also possible to approach alumni via alternative means of communication such as text message or WhatsApp.
• The turnaround time for the investigation is approximately 8 weeks.
