Although our offices are located in the center of both Eindhoven and Amsterdam, we conduct research worldwide. For example, we carry out multiple studies simultaneously in dozens of countries. This is achieved with the help of the knowledge and expertise of our Dutch colleagues, in combination with external and international panel partners and research agencies. Global reach alone is not always sufficient for good international research. That is why, in some cases, we engage a local agency to ensure that the research question is answered correctly.

In principle, it is always possible to conduct the research carried out in the Netherlands in other countries as well. Only in the case of highly complex target groups or small populations can this be a challenge. In such cases, we work together to find the right solution to obtain the necessary insights. With a focus on relevance, achieving practical results, and building strong relationships, we ensure that our research around the world meets the specific needs of our clients in more than 70 countries.

Market research for the international industry

The possibilities for conducting international research are diverse. With the help of its partners, we can conduct both quantitative and qualitative research in most parts of the world. Thanks to our accumulated experience and connections, we can conduct both complex B2B and B2C research. In addition, we have an international in-house fieldwork team at our disposal. With the help of this fieldwork team, telephone research is conducted in all corners of the world. The fieldwork team includes native speakers of most European languages and the most common languages worldwide.

Qualitative research can be conducted internationally by planning carefully and conducting interviews in English or Spanish, for example, or by setting up an online community where qualitative research can be carried out in an online environment. We have Dutch and foreign-language moderators who can organize (digital) interviews and group discussions.
