How does a customer arena survey work?

For the customer arena survey, a setting is created in which a table is placed in the middle of the room where the respondents sit with an independent moderator. Under the guidance of the independent moderator, they discuss their experiences and opinions about the product or concept. The organization's employees sit in a circle around the table to listen in on the conversation.

The research will be divided into three rounds.

Round 1

In the first round, only the respondents have their say.

Round 2

In the second round, employees will have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions.

Round 3

In the third and final round, there will be time to evaluate the topics discussed.
