Collaboration with Fontys University of Applied Sciences

We believe it is important to contribute to society. That is why we have been a partner of Fontys for many years. This has an interesting history, as both founders (Edgar de Beule and Hesam Fahimi) graduated from Fontys in Eindhoven and Markteffect the company Markteffect together with one of their former teachers (Maarten van Nieuwland).

Together with Fontys, we organize various activities and events to bring education and business closer together. Some examples:

Fontys Best Business;
Geert Timmers Award;
Guest lectures given by our staff;
Practical assignments for students;
Various interns and graduation interns from Fontys University of Applied Sciences;
Alumni events;
Providing research and datasets that students can work with.

Since 2019, we have been a Partner in Education of Fontys University of Applied Sciences. This is something we are very proud of and cherish greatly.

We also attach great importance to stimulating (young) entrepreneurship. We also provide financial and personnel support to initiatives that contribute to the development of entrepreneurship. One example of this is Fontys Best Business, where young students can pitch their business plans to entrepreneurs.
