Because they have completed the entire process of enrollment, study, and graduation, they represent a valuable source of input that the program and educational institution can use to evaluate, improve, and confirm their strategy. Thanks to our experience and expertise in the education sector, we know what is going on. This enables us to provide appropriate advice based on relevant research. Just as educational institutions maintain good relationships with alumni and former students, we maintain good relationships with our current clients. This means we know what is going on and can really help you.
Former students:
Students who leave the educational institution after obtaining their diploma are also referred to as alumni. Alumni are an important link in improving the content of educational programs. They serve as ideal contacts in the professional field, providing valuable insights that can be used to continuously improve educational programs and keep them up to date. In addition, alumni and their networks open up many opportunities for collaboration in the field of lifelong learning. We help educational institutions develop alumni policies based on research insights.
The alumni surveys we conduct provide answers to questions such as the extent to which alumni play a role in the sector/program for which they studied at the educational institution, how they look back on their education at the institution, and how they assess their contact with the educational institution. In addition, we investigate the extent to which the program is relevant to their current work and the latest developments in the field, what their needs are with regard to the educational institution, what contribution they want to make to contact and offerings for alumni, and the extent to which they recommend the educational institution to their network, family, friends, and peers (Net Promoter Score). This applies to both training courses and lifelong learning programs, internships, and job vacancies.
