The ME Packaging Study provides answers to the following questions, among others:
- Does the packaging of my product stand out on the retailer's shelf?
- Does the new packaging succeed in communicating my message to consumers?
- Does the consumer understand the message I want to convey with the packaging?
To gain early insight into these issues, Markteffect has developed its own research methodology (including benchmark).
The ME packaging study
Markteffect has developed its own online packaging research that provides insight into the appreciation of a design. All packaging designs are tested (and optionally compared) within our Consumer Panel on five standardized aspects. Additionally, it is possible to add one or more custom questions to the study.
Thanks to its semi-automated setup, Markteffect offers a clear and effective instrument to quickly and cost-efficiently gain insight into the appreciation of (new) packaging forms and/or designs.
The ME Packaging Research is already offered and conducted in over 65 countries worldwide.
Standard inclusion Benchmark: MPI Score
Based on years of research, Markteffect has developed a validated benchmark: the Markteffect Performance Index (MPI). This index cross-references six different aspects.
This index score instantly puts the results of these studies into perspective and clarifies whether the score you achieved is favorable or not.
