Since its foundation in 2007, Markteffect grown enormously in terms of its services, customer service, and size. But its DNA and vision have been there from the start: "striving together for the highest level in a pleasant collaboration." In 2019, DirectResearch was added to the Markteffect Group as an independent brand. DirectResearch proved to be a real asset with its experience, passion for the profession, and similar DNA.
"It is a logical step for us to continue growing as a single brand," explains founder and CEO Hesam Fahimi. For Fahimi, it is a special and memorable moment: "It makes us even stronger as a party that our clients can turn to for all their market research and data analytics needs."
Research from Amsterdam and Eindhoven
In the renewed business structure, the single brand with offices on Herengracht in Amsterdam and in the center of Eindhoven is working hard to uncover active data and insights through qualitative and quantitative research. Research Director Peter van de Vijver, who has been working for DirectResearch since 2018, is proud of the upcoming change: "In recent years, DirectResearch and Markteffect have Markteffect grown closer together. We use the same systems and working methods, we share knowledge and expertise, we innovate together, and, last but not least, we already have joint company outings. I was already proud of the two 'brands', but now that pride is merging under one name. It's great that the merger of the past few years means that nothing will change for clients of both agencies in terms of who we are and what we deliver. I therefore have every confidence in a bright future together."
Making a difference
Markteffect , together with the European Relevance Group, Markteffect on translating data into insights. Today, there is an enormous amount of data available, but translating this data into workable insights that can be built upon proves to be a challenge for many organizations. Fahimi explains how Markteffect aims to make Markteffect difference: "By thinking sharply and critically at the start of a study, we can guarantee that we deliver a report with relevant insights. In this way, we create relevance for our clients, but also for our clients' customers. This allows us to build a relationship centered on a pleasant and personal connection.
