Our vision on AI & Market Insights

Danny Meulenbroeks, Innovation Manager, likes to take a critical look at the work we do for our clients. In his position, he ensures that the right quality standards are met. He would be happy to tell you more about our vision on AI.

In a rapidly changing world, the rise of AI offers a wide range of new possibilities. In all the steps we take when conducting market research, it can 1. relieve us or our client to a greater or lesser extent, 2. extract more insights from existing analysis, or 3. offer possibilities that were previously considered impossible (and may even have been so). 

The basics

Good construction starts with a strong foundation. That is why we see it as our responsibility to actively contribute to the development of a strong foundation for the use of AI in our field. We are therefore closely involved in the guidelines for AI (Protocol Fair AI Data) being drawn up by the Data & Insights Network. These guidelines are intended to ensure the ethical and professional use of AI in our sector. Our aim is to connect technology and human values. This means that we remain critical, engage in dialogue, and continue to learn. AI is a means, not an end in itself. Within this, the focus is always on providing our clients with valuable insights and delivering on what Markteffect stands Markteffect : Relevance, Relationship, and Results.

Parallel to these fundamental developments, we now offer many AI-powered research solutions as an organization and are also developing ourselves for the future in the areas of data collection, analysis, and reporting. This document discusses these solutions so that you can better understand what Markteffect has to offer.

Finally, we also actively use AI to support our own teams. For example, we have developed Hannie Manual. This model uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Based on internal documents, Hannie provides employees with the right answer to internal questions as quickly as possible. This also contributes to efficiency, but also to simplifying internal knowledge transfer.

Techonomy collaboration

To grow as an organization toward AI-powered market research, we are working closely with Techonomy, a partner within The Relevance Group, to develop a custom-made data warehouse. This significantly increases our capabilities in the field of AI, from knowledge sharing to innovation. The data platform will be operational in January.
