Markteffect developed an online survey that provides insight into the acceptance of the product. In an in-home use test, respondents first evaluate the concept and then the product. This determines whether the product fits the concept and vice versa.

This provides clear insight into the further development of the concept and the potential (repeat purchase) of the product. For the optimal user experience, respondents receive the products at home.
